ITI has extensive experience in providing configuration management control to Government systems including performing field surveys of these systems and gathering the necessary information for full system documentation and configuration reconciliation. As part of the configuration management process, ITI examines the configuration item against the technical documentation to verify the configuration item’s product baseline, identifies the discrepancies of the item, determines the impact on the affected product, identifies and evaluates alternative solutions, and recommends preferred solutions. ITI has the understanding and capability to apply configuration management principles to any system in order to improve performance and reduce cost.
